I was born in 1964 in Argentina, in a peaceful suburb of Buenos Aires, where I grew up in a big family full of singing, whistling, playing the harmonica, the guitar, the bombo and the piano.

I learned and played music by ear, and as from the age of 9 by reading and studying it.

Theory, solfege and piano, with Blanca Barquín, who led me through my studies at the “Conservatorio de Música de Buenos Aires Alberto Williams”, where I got my diploma as piano teacher at 17.

At the time I was performing classical concerts at theatres and national radio in Argentina, and I went further with my classical studies with pianist Antonio De Raco, and also at the “Conservatorio Nacional de Música C. L. Buchardo”, where I got my diploma as music teacher at the age of 22.

In those days I still played popular and improvised music at home and with friends. I played duets with banjoist Billy Thomas, did a few jazz courses (Las Leñas jazz clinic in Mendoza and Berklee College in Buenos Aires) and studied harmony and music writing with Laura Baade, Rodolfo Daluisio, Pedro Aguilar and Manolo Juárez.

At 25 I moved to Amsterdam, Holland, and since then I have been playing, composing and recording mostly argentine music, tango and folklore, and also brazilian and latin music, with artists from different countries and musical backgrounds, such as:
Carel Kraayenhof, Alfredo Marcucci, Gustavo Toker, Hernán Ruíz, Orlando Miño, Amelita Baltar, Lilian Vieira, Beatríz Aguiar, Leonardo Amuedo, Jaime Rodríguez, Fernando Lameirinhas and the Aurelia Saxophon Quartet.

In my 40’s, I embrace my solo playing with two theatre tours: 'Argentijnse vleugel(s)' and 'Clásico argentino', and with the CD 'Loco corazón' (improvisations on piano)
